Member Service Rep (Teller) – Part-time

Duties / Responsibilities:

  • Accept and accurately process all financial transactions including: deposits, withdrawals, transfers, and loan payments
  • Assist members with opening and closing accounts
  • Answer member inquiries and questions pertaining to their banking needs and services
  • Provide support to coworkers with items including, but not limited to: answer phones, filing, and scanning documents
  • Maintain and balance a cash drawer following credit union policies and best practices
  • Understand and adhere to all credit union policies, laws, and regulations pertaining to their role

Skills

  • Previous customer service and cash handling experience preferred
  • Detail-oriented
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to effectively communicate with others
  • Organizational and planning skills

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Commensurate with experience
